Estate agency joins waterside network
A PLYMOUTH estate agents has joined a network which specialises in marina, coastal, riverside and waterfront homes and businesses in the UK, Mediterranean and Caribbean.
North Hill-based Town and Country is one of three Devon firms to join Waterside Properties Network as affiliate members.
Waterside Properties specialises in the sale and letting of waterfront property, boats and moorings and is developing a network of franchise and affiliated member estate agents in the UK and abroad.
The network has offices in Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset, the Isle of Wight, on the River Thames and in the Caribbean island Antigua.
Town and Country has signed up alongside The Coastal House, in Dartmouth, and Luscombe Maye, in Newton Ferrers.
Gareth Forrest, of Town and Country, said: “Plymouth has seen huge investment and regeneration in recent years, especially along the waterfront, resulting in some superb homes being built.
“Joining the Waterside Network means we can more easily attract purchasers from outside the area and show them the unique lifestyle the Plymouth waterfront offers.”
Nick Byrne, director of Waterside Properties, said that the Waterside Network was looking to expand, especially into Cornwall and north Devon.
But membership was only granted to estate agents who could demonstrate the “very highest standards of professionalism and customer service”.
